Our team combines local knowledge, technical expertise, and strong community relationships to deliver sustainable and impactful programs across western Afghanistan.
Fatema Farahi is the Executive Director of GHSPO and has extensive experience supporting women, vulnerable communities, and community development initiatives in Herat and western Afghanistan. She provides strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational oversight to advance GHSPO's mission and impact.


Farid Anis provides strategic guidance and organizational leadership for GHSPO. He supports institutional development, partnership building, and long-term growth to strengthen the organization's effectiveness and sustainability.

Provides technical guidance in grants management, donor compliance, financial systems, proposal development, and organizational capacity strengthening.

with extensive experience in project management, community development, and humanitarian programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has worked with various national organizations across Afghanistan.

She has ten years of work experience in social activities, legal affairs, communications, and media, with a focus
on women’s issues and human rights initiatives.

Responsible for managing human resources operations, coordinating teams, supporting staff development, and fostering
a professional and organized work environment within the organization.
